We're a small family ranch, not a same-day delivery app. Here's exactly how an order works, from the first form to the day you load it into your freezer.
You submit a request
Fill out the form with your contact info, what you're looking for, and whether you'd prefer pickup or delivery. No payment is collected.
Takes about two minutes on a phone.
We follow up to confirm
Usually within one to two business days. We'll call, text, or email (whichever you picked) to confirm what's available and answer questions.
We'll suggest a fit if you weren't sure.
We walk through cuts and pricing
If you're getting a whole, half, or quarter beef, we'll go through a cut sheet together. We'll quote pricing based on the actual breakdown and current availability.
Most people have questions here. That's the point of the call.
We schedule processing and pickup or delivery
Processing happens at a local USDA-inspected facility. Once it's ready, we coordinate a pickup window at the ranch or a delivery time in your area.
We'll give you an honest timeline up front.
You pay on the day
Pay when you pick up or take delivery. No online payment, no card on file. We'll confirm accepted payment methods when we follow up.
What to expect on timing
Most requests take a few weeks from form to freezer. Whole and half beef orders tend to be on the longer end because of processing schedules. We'll give you a real estimate when we talk - not a guess.

Pickup at the ranch
Most customers pick up. We'll coordinate a time that works for both of us and give you directions when we follow up.
Local delivery
We deliver to parts of Northern New Mexico and Southern Colorado. We'll confirm whether your area is covered before you commit.

- Freezer space you have available
- Whether you want a cut sheet (steaks, roasts, ground proportions)
- Timing - any deadlines like a family gathering
