Pacheco Custom Meats represents a continuation of the rich tradition of Traditional Ranching in Northern New Mexico. Our roots trace back to the 1800s when our great grandfather owned a butcher shop in Santa Fe, NM. In 1952, we relocated to Taos, NM, where we have been actively managing cattle in the Taos valley ever since. Emphasizing regenerative agriculture, our ranch strives to enhance soil and water conditions in Northern NM. Ensuring food security for our community remains a primary objective for us.
