How it works

Locally Raised, Responsibly Raised.

Our beef originates from Northern New Mexico and Southern Colorado, ensuring a focus on proper and humane raising practices. We take pride in sourcing our beef from local farmers, providing transparency in the origins of your meat.

How to Place an Order

Once you've decided on a whole, half, or quarter beef, simply visit our beef package page to make your selection. A down payment is required at the time of placing your order, based on the listed product prices.

The total cost of your beef package is determined by the total pounds received at pickup, priced at $8.60 per pound (refer to the average pounds per package).

Timeline

The minimum time frame for fulfillment is approximately 4 weeks, though it often extends, especially for orders less than a whole beef. Beef is not harvested until a whole beef is sold, so recommending a friend to purchase one can expedite the process.

Additionally, we implement a dry-aging period of about 10 days at the butcher. This process enhances the tenderness of the meat. Once aging is complete, the butcher proceeds with processing the beef.

Upon notification from the butcher that your meat is ready for pickup, we provide our customers with a one-week notice. This allows ample time for preparation and scheduling to ensure a convenient pickup of your beef amidst your busy schedule.
