Pacheco Custom Meats continues the Traditional Ranching legacy in Northern NM. Originating from a Santa Fe butcher shop in the 1800s, we relocated to Taos in 1952. We prioritize regenerative agriculture to improve soil/water conditions, ensuring local food security.
